Bacchus supplies the most accurate and responsive controls for the fine wine cellar. Our system controls both temperature and humidity, and can increase or decrease both.  If the room has high levels of humidity, it comes from an outside source, typically thru the walls or floor of cellars below ground level in the restaurant or home. At that time we refrigerate the room to remove condensate and at the same time reheat so that temperature is also maintained. Humidity is added thru a patented misting valve. And our refrigeration system can hold the cellar within three degree’s F. Bacchus has the best system in the industry. 



The XWEB500 will monitor and control the cellar from anywhere on the planet. Although sold separately, it will show historical and real time temperature and humidity. Alarms can be set up, along with a modem to insure that the system is operating at it’s correct set points.  Bacchus also makes battery operated alarms with modem, for potential long term power loss and will support the end customer to fulfill his control expectations.
